Shipping & Returns
We process the orders within 1-4 business days. We ship in the United States, Canada, and Mexico via FedEx, USPS Priority and ground for standard shipping. Please allow 7-14 business days to be delivered.
International Shipping Policy
airDefender USA is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied or any fees imposed on your order. It is the responsibility of the customer.
Furthermore, we are not liable for any products that are damaged or lost/stolen during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the courier service or our representative directly to file a claim.
Refunds can be requested only when the factory seal is intact. Once the product is received and inspected,we will send you an email to notify you that the item has been received.
We will also notify you of the status of your refund (either approved or rejected). If approved, then your refund will be processed; a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you haven’t received a refund, please re-check your bank account. If it is still not there, contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

We follow a 30-day exchange policy. Any purchase that exceeded after 30 days, we no longer offer a refund or exchange.
Exchange (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Used products will not be accepted for return. If you need to make an exchange for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Gifts (if applicable)
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit
for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a track shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. There is no guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
