On orders under $50: USPS Priority or equivalent, fee calculated upon checkout

Return Policy

All airDefender products come with a 30-day money-back guarantee. We utilize state-of-the-art engineering and the best possible materials in use to ensure our customers’ satisfaction. If, however, you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, simply return the product within 30 days of the purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Have all the original packaging: including all pieces to the product, charging cable, manuals, etc.
- Be returned within 30 days of receipt of the package
- Be purchased directly from airDefenderusa.com*
*For purchases from an authorized dealer/re-seller, please contact the center directly as we won’t be able to access your payment details.
If the returned item does not meet all the requirements listed above, there will be a restocking fee or you’ll be issued store credit instead, or both.
Returns within the continental United States will be eligible for free pre-paid return shipping. For international and Hawaii or Alaska orders, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost. Refund for orders will exclude any original shipping fees and only the applicable product cost(s) will be refunded.

Refund Policy

Refunds can only be requested when the factory seal is still intact. Once the product is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that the item has been received.
We will also notify you of the status of your refund (either approved or rejected). If approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will then automatically be applied back to your credit card or original method of payment. At this time, we would also be able to give you an estimate of when you can expect to see the credit back in your account.
What to do if your refund had been approved but it's missing: If you haven’t received your refund by the end of the time estimate, and you have double-checked with the original method of payment, please contact our team at inquiry@airdefenderusa.com

Warranty
(Applicable only within 1 year from the date of purchase.)
(Warranty claims after the 30-day period from receipt will be processed as a replacement. See below for replacement details.)
For a product that has a manufacturer warranty. The warranty period is 1 year from the date of the purchase unless otherwise stated. During the warranty period, if your product malfunctions, it will be replaced according to airDefender’s manufacturer warranty terms and conditions. To be eligible for the Warranty Program:
- You must be the initial purchaser of the product in NEW condition from airDefenderusa.com or one of its authorized dealers.
- The product has been properly maintained.
- The product's malfunction is not due to abuse, misuse, alteration, modification, or repairs.
- The problem was reported to the airDefender USA support team within 30 days of discovery.
- All returned products must be shipped to our address, freight cost to be paid by the customer, accompanied by a dated proof of purchase for the product.
- In cases where the warrantied product are the Qdot atomizers, the warranty application must also be accompanied by a proof of purchase of airDefender refills. For an order of 2(6)(12) refills, the proof of purchase is effective as long as it is within 3(9)(18) months of the malfunction respectively. For bundles, same reasoning applies according to the number of accompanied refills.
The warranty is void under the following situations:
- The warranty shall be void if the purchaser or others have attempted to repair, service or alter the product in any way.
- The warranty shall be void if any other solution other than the airDefender sanitizing refill solution was used. See above for details.
- The warranty shall be void in the event of malfunctions and damages due to accident, abuse, improper installation, unauthorized repair, tampering, modification, fire, flood, collision or any other external sources, including damage that has been caused by user replaceable parts.

Replacement Policy
(Applicable for free if within 30 days of purchase, or if after 30 days but under warranty, a shipping and handling fee would be charged.)
(Not applicable to the following products: airMasks and all airDefender solutions, including sprays and refills.)
A replacement for warrantied products can be requested as part of a warranty claim after the return period of 30 days has passed. In order for a warrantied product to qualify for a replacement:
- The product and its manufacturer warranty must have been registered through airDefenderusa.com
- All requirements to be eligible for the warranty program must be abided.
- All returned products must be shipped to our address, freight cost to be covered by the customer, accompanied by a dated proof of purchase for the product.
- In cases where the warrantied product are the Qdot atomizers, the warranty application must also be accompanied by a proof of purchase of airDefender refills. For an order of 2(6)(12) refills, the proof of purchase must be within 3(9)(18) months of the malfunction respectively. For bundles, same reasoning applies according to the number of accompanied refills.
- All warranty terms and conditions applies.
A $25 ($35 for HI & AK) shipping and handling fee will be charged for any replacement requests after the 30-day money-back guarantee period.
